Welcome to Worth World. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Worth World website, mobile applications, marketplace platform, training programs, and all related services. By registering an account, placing an order, listing a product, or accessing any part of our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.
1. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

| “SME” | Small and Medium Enterprise registered and operating on the platform |
| “Youth Member” | A user enrolled in Worth World’s training or entrepreneurship programs |
| “Order” | A confirmed purchase transaction between a buyer and a vendor |
| “Content” | All text, images, videos, listings, and materials on the platform |
| “We / Us / Our” | Worth World Ltd. and its authorized representatives |
| “You / Your” | The user accessing or using the Worth World platform |
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
To use the Worth World platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
2.2 Account Registration
- You must register an account to access full platform features
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Worth World reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Separate account types are available for Buyers, Vendors, and Service Providers
2.3 Account Verification
- Vendor accounts require document verification before activation
- Worth World reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time
- False or misleading information provided during registration will result in immediate account termination
3. Buyer Terms & Conditions
3.1 Placing Orders
- All orders placed on Worth World constitute a binding purchase agreement between the buyer and the vendor
- Buyers must ensure all order details — including delivery address, product specifications, and quantities — are accurate before confirming an order
- Worth World acts as a facilitating marketplace and is not directly responsible for the fulfillment of individual vendor orders
3.2 Payment Obligations
- Buyers agree to pay the full purchase price including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any cross-border import duties
- Payment must be completed at the time of order placement
- Worth World supports multiple payment methods including Stripe and local payment gateways
- All prices displayed on the platform are in the listed currency and may vary based on your location and currency conversion rates
3.3 Order Cancellations
- Buyers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through your buyer dashboard or by contacting our support team
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process
3.4 Returns & Refunds
- Buyers are entitled to request a return or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Digital products, training subscriptions, and custom bulk orders are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days upon approval
3.5 Delivery & Logistics
- Delivery timelines vary depending on the vendor location, buyer location, and shipping method selected
- Worth World partners with trusted courier and logistics companies for domestic and cross-border deliveries
- Buyers can track their orders in real-time through the buyer dashboard
- Worth World is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure events, or third-party courier failures
4. Vendor Terms & Conditions
4.1 Vendor Eligibility & Onboarding
- Vendors must complete the full registration and document verification process before listing products or services
- Vendors must be legally registered businesses or individuals with valid identification
- Worth World reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application at its sole discretion
4.2 Product & Service Listings
- Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their product and service listings
- All listings must include accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and availability information
- Vendors must not list counterfeit, prohibited, illegal, or restricted products on the platform
- Worth World reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our marketplace policies without prior notice
4.3 Prohibited Products & Services
The following are strictly prohibited on the Worth World marketplace:
- Counterfeit or replica goods
- Illegal drugs, substances, or paraphernalia
- Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
- Stolen or fraudulently obtained goods
- Endangered wildlife products
- Adult or explicit content
- Any product or service that violates applicable local or international laws
4.4 Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors must fulfill orders promptly and within the stated delivery timelines
- Vendors must maintain accurate inventory levels and update listings accordingly
- Vendors must respond to buyer inquiries and support requests within 48 hours
- Vendors are responsible for packaging products securely to prevent damage during transit
- Vendors must comply with all applicable import/export regulations for cross-border trade
4.5 Vendor Fees & Commissions
- Worth World charges a platform commission on each completed sale
- Commission rates vary by product category and subscription plan
- Detailed fee structures are outlined in the Vendor Fee Schedule available in the Vendor Dashboard
- Worth World reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days’ notice to vendors
4.6 Vendor Payments
- Vendor earnings are processed and disbursed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on your subscription plan
- Payments are made to the bank account or mobile money account registered in your vendor profile
- Worth World reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of disputed transactions, policy violations, or ongoing investigations
4.7 Vendor Account Suspension
Worth World reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a vendor account in the following circumstances:
- Repeated policy violations
- Selling prohibited or counterfeit products
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Failure to fulfill orders consistently
- Receiving excessive negative buyer feedback
- Non-compliance with cross-border trade regulations
5. Cross-Border Trade & Import/Export Terms
5.1 Trade Compliance
- All cross-border transactions facilitated through Worth World must comply with the applicable import and export laws of the relevant countries
- Buyers and vendors are individually responsible for understanding and complying with customs regulations, duties, and restrictions in their respective jurisdictions
5.2 Customs & Duties
- Import duties, customs fees, and taxes applicable to cross-border orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated
- Worth World provides trade facilitation support but does not guarantee customs clearance timelines or outcomes
5.3 Restricted & Prohibited Trade
- Certain products may be restricted or prohibited for cross-border trade under international trade laws
- Worth World reserves the right to refuse facilitation of any trade transaction that violates international trade regulations or sanctions
5.4 Documentation
- Vendors involved in cross-border trade must provide accurate and complete export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any required permits
- Worth World may assist with documentation guidance but is not responsible for errors in vendor-submitted trade documents
6. Training & Membership Terms
6.1 Subscription Plans
- Worth World offers training and membership packages at three tiers — Starter, Business, and Premium Enterprise
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the selected plan
- All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
6.2 Access & Usage
- Training materials, online courses, business guides, and downloadable resources are for the personal use of the enrolled member only
- Members must not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any training content without written permission from Worth World
- Worth World reserves the right to update, modify, or remove training content at any time
6.3 Membership Cancellation
- Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period
6.4 Certificates & Credentials
- Worth World may issue digital certificates upon completion of specific training programs
- Certificates are for personal and professional use only
- Worth World does not guarantee employment, business success, or specific outcomes as a result of completing training programs
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Worth World Content
- All content on the Worth World platform including logos, trademarks, graphics, text, course materials, and software is the intellectual property of Worth World Ltd.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent
7.2 User & Vendor Content
- By uploading content to the Worth World platform — including product listings, images, descriptions, and reviews — you grant Worth World a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content for platform operations and marketing purposes
- You retain ownership of your original content but warrant that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
7.3 Trademark
- The Worth World name, logo, and tagline “Value Delivered” are registered trademarks of Worth World Ltd.
- Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited
8. Payment Terms & Security
8.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Worth World accepts the following payment methods:
- Stripe (International)
- Local mobile money platforms (Region specific)
- Bank transfers (For bulk and wholesale orders)
- Other approved local payment gateways
8.2 Payment Security
- All payment transactions on Worth World are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology
- Worth World does not store your full card details on our servers
- Payment data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
8.3 Currency & Pricing
- Prices on Worth World are displayed in the local currency of the user where possible
- Multi-currency support is available across our operating regions
- Worth World is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider
8.4 Fraudulent Transactions
- Any attempt to make fraudulent payments or manipulate transaction data will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities
9. Logistics & Delivery Terms
9.1 Delivery Partners
- Worth World works with trusted third-party courier and logistics companies for domestic and international deliveries
- By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions of our logistics partners as they relate to the delivery of your order
9.2 Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are subject to change based on location, order volume, and external factors
- Worth World does not guarantee specific delivery dates for cross-border shipments
9.3 Lost or Damaged Shipments
- In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, buyers must report the issue within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
- Worth World will liaise with the relevant logistics partner to investigate and resolve the issue
- Compensation for lost or damaged goods is subject to the terms of the applicable logistics partner
9.4 Order Tracking
- Real-time order tracking is available through the buyer dashboard for all domestic and international orders
- Tracking updates are provided by our logistics partners and may experience delays in certain regions
10. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
All users of the Worth World platform agree NOT to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person, business, or entity
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Engage in price manipulation, bid rigging, or market abuse
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, vendors, or Worth World staff
- Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code to the platform
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform without authorization
- Circumvent any security or authentication measures on the platform
- Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial communications or spam
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with platform operations
